1998 Fleer Tradition Decade of Excellence Rare Traditions

Randomly inserted in hobby packs only at the rate of one in 720, this 12-card set is parallel to the regular Decade of Excellence Rare Traditions insert set and is almost identical in design. The subtle difference is found in the blue and red diagonal stripes going across the front of the card. The scarce Rare Traditions versions have blue and red foil stripes whereas the more common basic Decade inserts simply have flat blue and red ink stripes.
