Set Information

This lone Frank Thomas card was distributed to wholesale dealer and retail accounts just prior to Pinnacle's bankruptcy in late-Summer, 1998. The card was intended to preview the 1998 Donruss Limited brand, a product that was never printed. In all likelihood, the card would have been a parallel version of Thomas' Star Factor Exposure insert, except for the large "SAMPLE" text running diagonally across the back.
