This 20-card standard-size set was issued by Fleer as a test to see how regional team issues would sell. These cards are different from the regular 1996 Fleer issues as the 10-card packs feature the Indians logo. The cards have silver-foil and are issued with UV coating and they are numbered "X" of 20. The set is sequenced in alphabetical order.
