Manufactured by R and N China Co. and licensed by Topps, this porcelain promo was issued to herald the March 1994 release of the porcelain version of the 1994 Topps I set. The porcelain promo is actually reproduced from the 1993 Topps set (number 700, Nolan Ryan) and the design is identical to that card, aside from having rounded corners and carrying the manufacturer's name and production number at the bottom of the back.
