1994 Pacific Promos

Measuring the standard size, these eight promo cards were issued to show the design of the forthcoming 1994 Pacific Crown Collection set. The cards were given away at the Super Bowl Card Show in Atlanta, to Pacific's master hobby lists of dealers and writers, and used as sales samples. The cards were given away at the Super Bowl Card Show in Atlanta, to Pacific's master hobby lists of dealers and writers, and used as sales samples. The production run was reportedly approximately 10,000 sets. The fronts feature full-bleed color action player photos, except at the bottom where a gold foil stripe separates the picture from a marbleized team color-coded stripe. The disclaimer "For Promotional Use Only" is stamped diagonally in black lettering across both sides of the card. The cards are arranged alphabetically and numbered on the back with a "P" prefix.
