The cards measure approximately 2 1/2" by 3 7/8" and feature gray-bordered color action player photos on their fronts. The player's name appears in black lettering within a white bar near the bottom of the picture and the Mariners logo rests in the lower left. The player's accomplishment is displayed in a green banner across the top of the photo. The white back is framed by a thin black line and carries the player's name in black lettering above text describing his accomplishment. At the bottom are drawings of the four pins and the week of issue for each card and pin combination. The white metal pins feature the player's name and number in green lettering upon a white jersey.
