The artwork for these cards was created by Hollywood artists Mike Butkus and Alan Hunter. This standard-size set was sold in box cases containing 20 five-card sets (16 in silver and four in gold) and four bonus holograms (of a surprise player). The gold sets are valued at one and a half times the (silver) values listed below. The production run is reported to be 12,500 boxes, with each box carrying a numbered holographic seal. Each set features two double-sided full-bleed holograms and three full-color backs presenting biography, statistics, and quotes.
