This 18-card standard-size set was co-sponsored by the Orange County Sheriff's Department and Carl's Jr. Restaurants in Orange County, California. Deputies and police officers distributed the cards to children in grades K through 6, and 15,000 sets were given out at the September 19 Angel home game. The total number of cards produced was 870,000 individual cards.
