These cards were randomly inserted into 1992 Front Row Baseball Draft Pick wax boxes. Except for a baseball icon on their backs marked with the word "Promo," the promo cards are identical with the first five cards in the insert set. The Promo cards in the checklist below have been numbered with a P suffix in order to avoid confusion. According to Front Row, 25,000 sets were produced.
