The 1989 Reading Phillies set contains 28 standard-size cards. The fronts have posed color player photos, with red borders on the top portion of the card fading to gray as one moves down the card face. In red print on a gray background, the backs have biography and statistics. Card number 27 has a white rather than a gray background, and there are two different cards with the number 26. 5,000 sets produced.
