This set was apparently a test issue for the next year's more mass-produced set. Although this set is rarely seen in the secondary market, a few dealers in the mid 1980's got a small supply of this set. Typical of MSA sets all the team insignias are air-brushed out. This set was also issued in a proof square form and those cards are valued at twice the listed prices.
