Cards 1-5 below feature posed black-and-white player photos with white outer borders and brown inner borders. The player's name appears in white lettering within the brown margin below the photo. Cards 6-8 feature posed color player photos framed by a purple line and with green outer borders. Purple stars appear in the photos' upper corners. The player's name appears in white lettering in the bottom green margin. All the white backs carry the logo for the Fifth Annual National.
