1973 A's 1874 TCMA Postcards

These nine postcards issued feature members of the National Association Philadelphia Athletics of the 19th century. The fronts feature black and white posed photos while the backs mention these photos are reproduced from the July 25th 1874 Harpers Weekly. Interestingly, these players are from the National Association and this is one of the few sets which features players from that league which existed before the National League was formed.
