This 24-card set of all-stars is know only in proof form and was intended to be pressed onto a pin-back button issue which never materialized. This 24-card set of all-stars is know only in proof form and was intended to be pressed onto a pin-back button issue which never materialized. The set measures approximately 2 3/8" square and features a color player head photo in a 2 1/4" white circle on a silver foil background with the player's name and position printed in black across the neck. The word "Japan" is printed in tiny black letters at the top-left which meant that word was intended to be folded under the button's rim. The backs are blank.
