The physical dimensions of the cardboard sheet used by the Exhibit Supply Company in printing their card sets over the years allows the following correlation to be made when one establishes that 32 of the standard-sized cards (3 3/8" by 5 3/8") are printed per sheet. Sets of 128 cards are equal to four sheets, 64 cards to two sheets, 32 cards to one sheet and 16 cards to one-half sheet. Whether it was economics, the Depression, or simplicity of operation, something caused the company to change their set totals in a descending order since 1922 in 1933. The first of a series of 16-card sets was released. The fronts of these cards are black green, orange, red or yellow; the backs are blank. The catalog designation for this set is W463-3. [Collapse]
