The DE - Designated Entry card allowed collectors a chance to win a 1997 Chevy Monte Carlo. By sending in that card or a scratch off BGL card (1:3 packs) that had Bobby Labonte's name on it, they were automatically entered in the drawing. Bobby Labonte was the winner of the NAPA 500 November 8th which was the qualifier for the BGL cards to be winners. There were also two special gold inserts: Jeff Gordon and Bill Elliott. These cards were randomly seeded 1:192 packs. A $25 Black Gold Megaphone XL Jumbo Die-Cut Phone card was randomly seeded 1:12 boxes.
