Action Packed's second Winston Cup card release for 1995 was entitled Winston Cup Stars and was Pinnacle Brands' first NASCAR release after acquiring the rights to the Action Packed name. The set is comprised of several series of subsets: Out of the Chute (1-30), Mean Rides (31-45), Race Winners (46-53), Picture Perfect (54-59), Settles In (60-65), Cope With It (66-70), On The Other Side (71-75), Winning The War (76-81), and McDonald's Bill Elliott (82-86) featuring two cards using Pinnacle's patented lenticular printing technology. These two cards (84-85) showing Bill Elliott "morphing" into the Batman logo and the Thunderbat race car, were produced in fewer numbers than the other regular issue cards. Cards were packed 24-foil packs to a box with 6-cards per pack and distributed to both hobby and retail outlets.
