Butterfly Whispers
Intro:
Once on a planet far away. Three groups of animals lived. Cats, rats and wolves. The animals where just your average animals until a traumatic event occurred. All of the volcanos on the planet erupted, Earthquakes occurred, and Rain poured causing great fires. The fires burned every living animal but none died. They had evolved. The cats became quicker, smarter, and developed magical abilities. The rats also developed intelligence and a small bit of magic. Unfortunately not enough they were still the source of food for the cats and wolves. The wolves formed two ways. One way was the same as the cats developing magical abilities and intelligence they became the dogs. However there was one group of wolves changed dramatically. The fire consumed them the most. They like all the others became smarter and developed a penchant for magic, but the most advanced of the kind. They developed wings, a more slender graceful figure, and the most powerful magic of all. Thus the first butterfly wolves were born keeping the name “wolves”. Jealous of the wolves ability of flight the dogs attacked them biting their wings off savagely giving them the satisfaction of emotionally destroying the wolves. Due to the shame of losing their wings. The wolves usually died of despair or committed suicide. As a result the wolf population decreased dramatically. The cats appreciative of the powers they had remained neutral. Although were against the killing for the butterfly wolves’s were needed to help keep the planet healthy. They were divided into three groups Cats, dogs, and wolves. The rats being the prey scampered everywhere. In order to keep things in order the most powerful animals became guardians. They guarded many elements. Three guardians a cat, a dog, and a wolf. Lead their individual group. Love was the most powerful and protected element and was of extreme importance especially to the wolves who were still endangered and needed to reproduce. Every spring mating season starts for all the animals. The creatures born from last year all grown up seek love while most parents leave. Although some stay to teach the youth. This year a new prince of wolves is seeking a soul mate. Causing excitement in the group. However hazards may stand in the way of love. A crossbreed, revenge seeking dogs, love cheaters, and possibly an all out war stand in the way. This is the story of Butterfly Whispers.
Well there’s the intro. This is a story based on Chicken Smoothie. If you like it I can keep going if not then I can stop. Your choice.
NOTICE!!!!!!!!!! This story may and probably will contain. Rude language, graphic violence, and sexual content. If you don’t like it don’t read it. This story is rated PG-13 .
Because they are animals some things may seem gross but are completely natural here are some examples.
* “Kissing” using their tongue.(That’s kinda how they kiss)
*Grooming a friend to comfort them (licking their fur) This is the same as a humans “Pat on the back.” or a way to comfort a sad friend.
*licking the blood off someone. (This is basic first aid.)
Don’t freak out about those. That is not gross content. So don’t whine about it. Hope you enjoy.

Apollo is a very important Gaurdian. He promotes peace and music and often leads the other gaurdians. He is based around light and sun. He has a daughter named Daphne and a soulmate named YinYang. His alliance is good.

YinYang is Apollo's soulmate. She creates a balance of Love and Hate War and Peace and Good and Evil. She is mostly nice but can be difficult to deal with. Sometimes she can be two faced because of her powers. She had a daughter named Daphne. Her alignment is good.

Daphne is the daughter of Apollo and Yinyang. She can be nice and polite but has an adventurous side. There are times when she acts like a child. She has no intrest in finding love although many male dogs persue her. As a gaurdian she does not have to find a mate if she does not want to but her parents hope she will change her mind. She mostly takes after her father. Her Alignment is good.

Doesn't look like the type of pet that would control love huh? Well she is. She looks like a regular dog so she can sneak up on the unsuspecting. She has one of the most important jobs of the guardians. She is the natrual love. The rest are "love cheateres" who try to change the love. Her alignment is good.

Love nip is the only rat guardian. She is a love cheater and Cupidia's competition. When she bites a victim they fall in love with the next animal of the oppisite sex they see. Weither they are meant to be together or not. She does this as revenge to the Dogs, Wolves, and Cats for eating the rat kind. She however cannot be eaten. If someone were dumb enough to try they would vomit for days she cannot be digested or die. Her alignment is Evil.

Ever hear of staring death right in the face. Well here she is Diana is death. Before an animal dies they will see her and she will lead them to death. She also walks around the planet as a normal dog. No one alive knows what she looks like because they only see her before they die. If she gets bored or lonely she may kill an animal for fun. Her alighnment is evil.

Saphire is gaurdian of the waters. She keeps them clean which keeps the animals alive. One look into her beautiful eyes and many can fall in love with her but she firmily believes in duty over romance. Her alignment is good.

Dis is Disease. She walks around making animals catch many viruses. She is a wolf hater and tries to make them sick. But wolves have a stronger immune system and Dis's magic most of the time does not work. However she mostly does not play favorites she may hate wolves but that does not mean she spares the dogs. She has her power and is not afriad to use it. Her alighnment is Evil.

Bloodheart is the gaurdian of heartbreak. He ends relationships. He is driven by his own sadness which he refuses to talk about. His alighnment is evil

One of the newest gaurdians. Fira is here to keep fire under control due to some recent wildfires. she can tend to have a short temper but is ready to serve the planet well. Her alighnment is good.

Another one of the newest gaurdians. Starlight is the gaurdian of Night, Stars, Sleep, and Dreams. She can even show up as a constillation in the sky. watching and protecting creatures on the planet. Her alighnment is good.

Melena is queen of the dogs and does not hate wolves although some of her subjects do. Her sister is Mina Queen of the cats and her brother is Sloan king of the wolves.Her alignment is good.

"Hope" is a kind hearted female cat. Abused by her former soulmate King she ran away with her two daughters Cinders and Darcy. She lives with the cats while King has a restraining order against Hope. Nobody knows Hope's real name. She has the power to bring Hope and determination out of anyone and cheers people up when they're sad. Her alignment is good.

Cinders is one of the daughters of Hope. As many guess by her name she has abilities with fire. She is normally sweet and kind but can also be a hothead at times. Her alignment is good.

Darcy is another daughter of Hope. Unfortunatly she has inheirited some of her father's wickedness.. She is indeed "The green eyed monter" or jealousy. She tried to fight it but the feeling overcomes her and escapes to other animals. She is one of the few animals to have no alignment because she wants to be good but is forced to be evil.

Honalulu is a famous dog on the planet last year she gave birth to two puppies Amber and Fire Stone who are all grown up now. She is teaching birthing classes to the new mothers. Her alighnment is good.

Star is trying to find a mate but no one seems to like her and she does not seem to like anyone else. Someone is offering a cure for her lonliness but at a high price. Her alighnment is good.

Lilac id the twin sister of Heart. She is more shy though and perfers to keep to herself. She is also very fearful and she keeps worrying that she or someone else will die this season. Her alighnment is good.

Heart is Lilac's twin sister. She is more adventurous than her sister and sometimes breaks the rules. She is even without permission talking to a wolf about the troubles on the planet. If she is caught they could accuse her of trying to murder a wolf. Her alighnment is Good.

Scarlet really doesn't belong with the dogs or wolves. Why? because she is a crossbreed! Her father was a dog and her mother was a wolf. After the two united in order to seal the bond they had to mate as the tradition goes on today. Dispite attemps to prevent it her wolf mother became pregnant. Due to the wolves laying eggs the live birth killed her. Scarlet's father ashamed of her appearance and the fact that she killed his soulmate scratched her eye and abandoned her. Nothing has been heard of him seince but most say he commited suicide. The Wolves named her Scarlet and tried to let her in but the females taunted her thinking she was ugly and eventually rejected her. The dogs then took her in but she was never truely exepted she now lives alone and is determined to get revenge on the wolves. Her alighnment is evil.

The guardians called the meeting to order. It would be lead by Apollo. After they had arranged themselves in the clouds he spoke.
“Mating season is upon us. Bless the new children and parents.”
Apollo’s daughter Daphne didn’t pay attention.
“We all must do our jobs well.” He spoke again even to the evil guardians. “We must continue the balance of good and evil and help the mortals find mates. Now are there any issues any of you wish to talk about?”
“Sir,” Melena queen of the dogs spoke “I heard a rumor that the dogs are planning an all out war on the wolves. They are trying to destroy them again. They are after their wings.”
Sloan looked worried.
“We will have to keep a watch on the dogs” Yinyang told her “But we must keep our minds on mating season.”
“Speaking of which.” Apollo commented “I hear someone is looking for love this season Sloan.”
“Yes” he replied “I am hoping to find a fair wolf and unite with her.”
“Is there anyone you have in mind” Cupidia asked
Love Nip listened carefully.
“No..not yet” Sloan told her “I want to take it somewhat slow.”
Sapphire told him “You must find your mate a week after the festival. Or else it will be too late. If the children are born in winter they will surely die.”
Diana’s ears pricked
“Not to worry Sapphire” Sloan assured her “I just know that someone is out there waiting for me. The perfect girl and I will do whatever it takes to find her.....”
