Chapter 3
Rose Heart dipped her head to take a drink from the stream. Which was perfectly clear and clean. Thanks to the guardian Sapphire. She suddenly heard yelling...for her someone was yelling her name. She looked up and saw one of her best friends Cinnamon Spice running toward her.
“Rose there are two new guardians being announced we have to get to Flowerdust hill now!!!”
Flowerdust hill was a meeting area where the guardians announced things such as this. All the groups met there to hear what they had to say. When they met there was to be peace not one was to attack anyone else or even eat a rat while in a meeting.
After completing her sentence the red wolf flew off.
“Wait Spice!” Rose quickly dashed after her friend.
The approached the valley creatures were already gathered. They were late but no one noticed. Everyone was looking atop a huge black spiked mountain where Apollo was announcing two new guardians.
Spice and Rose sat near Crystal another wolf they were friends with.
“...It is my pleasure to announce...” Apollo finished his speech “...our two newest guardians Fira and Starlight!”
The crowd cheered as the two new guardians stepped forward proudly. Then shortly after the crowd separated to return home.
“What are there powers?” Rose asked Crystal
“Fira helps control fire and Starlight has powers with night, stars, sleep, and dreams.”
“Ooh Wow!” Both girls replied fascinated.
“So wanna fly out?” Spice asked
“No” replied Rose “It’s rude to the others.”
“Yeah I guess your right. My bad.”
“So what did you think of the prince today?” Crystal asked
“I don’t care I don’t want a mate.” Spice replied
“You know you probably will have to though.” Crystal informed her “Because of....”
“...our species being endangered I know I know but I just want to be free of all the drama and live my own life.”
“I know Spice So what do you think of the prince Rose?”
“He’s kinda cute but I don’t think he’ll pick me. He’d be more into someone like you.”
“Oh no please don’t say that!” Crystal shrieked “ I already have someone else.”
“Who?!” the other two girls yelled
“I can’t tell but you might find out...” then Crystal flew off.
“Wait!” Rose and Spice flew off after her dying to know who it was.

Chapter 4 part 1
Cupidia hid in the bushes. Before she noticed someone scampering behind her.
“Love Nip I was hoping you wouldn’t interfere this season.”
“Oh you know me I can’t resist a challenge.”
“I guess some friendly competition is alright but I’m warning you if Beta and Ella aren’t together…”
“…the entire planet could be destroyed I know but there is another couple I would like to change…” Love nip scampered to quick to catch and bit a poor dog named Krystal whom looked directly at a dog named David.
“No you b.itch!” Cupidia yelled “Now I will have to clean up this mess!” she ran of and Love nip snickered.
Belinda already knew that Ella hated wolves when she asked her she was more than eager to begin the mission. She was still trying to figure out how to persuade the rest of the wolves.
“Star my dear.” Belinda was talking to a dog named Star as they were eating some prey “You seem so lonely I have some friends whom I would like you to meet.”
“I’m not sure.” Star replied “Seems a bit strange.”
“O well if you are interested meet them at the peak at moonhigh.” Belinda left then walked to her next victim.
“Amber darling good to see you.”
“Oh hello Belinda how are you?”
“Fine but meet me at the peak at moonhigh okay.”
“Why?”
“Just trust me.”
Then she went off

Chapter 4 part 2
Ella arrived early and was more than excited for this mission. She was pretty evil anyways but she also had revenge in mind. It was the guardians that forced Beta and her together. To balance the newfound technology found in Beta. He had controlled it now. He was probably one of the best controlled on the planet but some were still scared of him so they put him with young Ella. He disliked the idea more than her but it is still unpleasant to be controlled. Anyone in Scarlet’s army was guaranteed a place of power. She was looking forward to ruling something or anything.
Amber had met up with Star and they were following Belinda to the peak. When they arrived there they stood awestruck for a moment seeing Scarlet and King. They had never seen them in person before but there were many legends. They turned around and began running but were stopped by Ella who had surrounded the peak in a circle of flames.
“You will stay!” she barked
“Thank you Ella” Scarlet stepped forward to the two terrified dogs she glared at them. The flames around the peak illuminated her making her even look more menacing.
“What do you want?” Amber asked who was a somewhat daring girl
“Revenge” Scarlet hissed
She howled at the moon it was Scarlet’s legendary howl. Used on only she chooses. If one was a chosen victim of the howl their dreams would be haunted until the point of insanity. She got the ability from her father. With help from some wolf power from her mother.
Ella set them free and the two terrified dogs ran.
Heart woke up with a shock. It was another one of those strange dreams again but somehow she knew possibly they were real. She was right. The events happened exactly and unbeknownst to her they would change her life forever.
“Heart?” a tired light blue dog yawned sleepily “Did you have another dream?”
“Yes Lilac” the pink dog told her twin “But this time I’m sure it’s real I could feel it.”
“It’s probably best if you ignore them They are just nightmares. Perhaps you feel unsettled about the Beta incident.”
“I’m over that Lilac. This is something different. Something bad. Something about...butterfly wolves.”
“Heart you better stay away from them. If they think you’re trying to...”
“I know Lilac I know. But still...”
“Unless you want to die you had better ignore these dreams.”
“Alright” Heart sighed she knew deep down she had to do something.

Chapter 5 part 1
The next morning a beautiful white blue eyed she cat woke up to the sound of her friend’s mewing. The ginger green eyed she cat was energetic as usual yet seemed troubled.
“What?” Maria asked sleepily shaking the dust off her white coat.
“There is an emergency meeting over at the peak.” Vanessa answered licking her ginger coat. I’ve already woken up Dorinda. She is ready to go.
“Didn’t we just have a meeting the other day?”
“Yes to welcome the guardians but I heard this was an emergency.”
“Guys we can’t be late!” It was Dorinda who popped up from behind a building. The cats lived in an abandoned village full of old buildings. Possibly humans lived there long ago but were long gone now.
The three she-cats walked and gossiped on their way to the peak.
Meanwhile Scarlet and King were watching from far away. This would be a great chance to recruit new members for their army.
After everyone arrived. Apollo stood in front with his mate and his daughter behind him who for once was paying attention. The other guardians were lined up behind them.
“Attention!” Apollo’s voice boomed everyone was immediately silent.
“There is a severe problem with the planet currently. The guardian Fira has reported sensing and unknown fire last night and their were reports of a mysterious howl.” he paused “Possibly and likely Scarlet’s.” the crowd gasped.
“I thought she was dead!”
“She never caused trouble! What does she want?!”
“This must be some sort of revenge but we didn’t do anything bad!”
“Silence!” Apollo’s voice boomed again.
“As a precaution to whatever is going on nobody is to leave their territory ever! The guardians themselves will come to your area to make announcements. If anyone has any information on this please tell us. Leave quickly.” Then he walked away leaving everyone awestruck.
Heart stepped forward but her sister stopped her and shook her head. Heart wanted to share about her dreams but her sister was always in constant fear.
“That was exactly what happened in my dream. There could be a huge disaster if I don’t say anything.”
“If you do say anything you will die.”
“If I don’t thousands of others could.”
“It was probably just some poor sick dog and the fire was mere coincidence. We used to get fires often.”
“Why did I dream it then?”
Lilac shrugged and walked away. Heart reluctantly followed.
The butterfly wolves were terrified could this be another war upon them? Sloan ordered at least one wolf to stay up and keep watch. The first turn would be Roseheart’s
She waited while the rest of the wolves slept. Then suddenly she heard a rustle in the bushes. Roseheart closed her eyes preparing to meet Diana. When a friendly tired looking dog popped out.
“I do not know why but I must speak with you.” the dog told her
“Who are you?” Rose’s fear was fading away there was something about this dog that was good.
“My name is Heart. My dreams have come and told me to find you. I believe I have received an omen. It states.
Seek the wolf with a Rose pelt
guarding the others and herself
rush to her quickly out of your bed
or else a river of blood will spread
there is more
for there will be another war.
The wolves will die
and no longer fly
so you must try
to stop it tonight.”
Rose was indeed awestruck with disbelief it sounded well like an omen but what did she have to do with it?
“I think it means we should meet and try to stop something...but I don’t know what.” Heart tried to reason with herself
Rose’s mind was suddenly filled with thoughts. It seemed to be some sort of prediction she saw it. A butterfly wolf no clear color dying on the ground covered in blood...with it’s wings ripped off!
