Upper Deck reveals 2016 Winter Classic card store promotion

The National Hockey League will ring in the New Year with the 2016 Winter Classic on January 1 as the Boston Bruins host the Montreal Canadiens. Not only will Upper Deck be present at the event, but fans that are unable to attend in person can get in on the action with a pair of regional five-card sets.
Available as a gift with purchase from local card shops in the Montreal and Boston areas, collectors will receive a pack of five of Upper Deck’s 2016 Winter Classic cards containing players from their nearby NHL team. For fans of the Canadiens, look for cards of veterans P.K. Subban, Max Pacioretty, Lars Eller, and Andrei Markov along with rookie goaltending sensation Mike Condon. South of the border, Bruins supporters will receive cards of Zdeno Chara, David Pastrnak, David Krejci, Brad Marchand, and Tuukka Rask.
Fans visiting Upper Deck at Spectator Plaza before the 2016 Winter Classic can also receive a personalized trading card or win a game of box hockey to receive one of 100 Upper Deck Winter Classic 5″ x 7″ blow-up cards. The booth is open on December 31 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on January 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
