Baseball’s biggest young star has a new home.
Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout has signed an exclusive autograph and promotional deal with Topps, the company announced Wednesday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed but it will mean his autographs will only be found in Topps products and he’ll still be found on company packaging and materials as well as in promotional spots for Topps Bunt, its online card game.
“I am happy to continue to be a part of the Topps family,” Trout said in a prepared release. “I still get excited when I see my Topps cards and am thrilled to be a part of such a ground-breaking mobile app.”

Trout recently completed his fourth big-league season with a .287 average and 36 home runs at age 23.
“Mike has quickly become one of the most well respected names in Major League Baseball,” said Topps’ VP of Product Development, Clay Luraschi. “Trout is leading baseball’s emergence of young, extremely talented stars and collectors can’t get enough.”
