With Mother’s Day just passed and Father’s Day on the radar, we figured now might be the time for the latest Beckett 20 Questions.

Oh, and the upcoming Families Issue of Beckett Sports Card Monthly had a bit to do with that, too, where we’ll explore the family ties that go along with sports and collecting and take a look at some of the notable fathers, sons, mothers and daughters who share cardboard with us all. It’s wide world of sports out there and Upper Deck is aiming to get it all down on cardboard.

Where? In its  latest World of Sports release that’s set to arrive on Feb 21, a 2011-branded product that will include stars from baseball, football, basketball, hockey soccer and beyond.

Oh, and it will include three autographs and memorabilia cards per 24-pack box, too.

The base set will consist of 300 base cards with 100 short-prints, while the insert card lineup will include SPx Shadowbox cards found one per 18-box case and Sports Nation dual, triple and quad autograph cards limited to 25 or fewer copies. Other hits will include All-sport Apparel autographs, All-sports Apparel mem cards and Athletes of the World signatures.

Some of the big names in this one? The biggest names in the Upper Deck roster — Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Landon Donovan, Tiger Woods, Wayne Gretzky, Bobby Orr, Cam Newton, Hope Solo and more.

The Shadowbox cards will feature Bubba Watson, Woods, Donovan, David Beckham, Thierry Henry, Abby Wambach, Mia Hamm, Janet Evans and Gretchen Bleiler to name a few.
