Signed player memorabilia isn’t common in hobby boxes. We’re talking full pieces of equipment or collectibles, not a signed jersey swatch.

Leaf has a line products geared toward getting collectors autographs in different ways.

Autographed mini-helmets are already on the market (it came out last spring) while 2012 Leaf Autographed Jersey Edition is set to come out next week.

Each 2012 Leaf Autographed Mini Helmet box contained just what the box described. There are some big names in the product such as John Elway, Peyton Manning and Joe Namath. Just 299 cases were made.

Leaf continues the signed-gear line with autographed custom jerseys (not game-worn), which do not feature league or team logos.

Players on this checklist include Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Emmitt Smith, Barry Sanders, Joe Montana, John Elway and Bo Jackson.

In addition, Leaf is also releasing Best of Football on Nov. 14, the same day as the autographed jersey product. Best of Leaf will have two cards per box – one original signed card and one slabbed or graded buyback.

Best of Football will feature vintage cards, Rookie Cards, autographs, game-used and rare inserts. Also, the world record booklet card from Panini will be somewhere in one of the boxes.
