The New York Islanders are paying tribute to one of their most famous fans with a Ralph Macchio Karate Kid bobblehead giveaway. And it’s one of the greatest bobbleheads ever.

Yes, that is a bobbling crane kick to go with all the regular bobblehead features. And it even looks like Macchio.

The giveaway takes place on December 23 when the Islanders take on the Buffalo Sabres. A cap hasn’t been announced but most of the team’s other bobblehead giveaways this season are limited to 10,000.

Known most for The Karate Kid, Macchio is a big-time Isles fan and has been since he was a kid.

His celebrity status even got him a card in 1991-92 Pro Set Platinum. We’ll just leave it at that.
