This fall’s Sportscard & Memorabilia Expo is shaping up to be an exciting one.
Firstly, there will be a full slate of hockey products on the market. Last fall’s show saw collectors and dealers waiting to hear if there would even be a season.
Secondly, five Hall of Famers will be signing autographs: Bobby Hull, Mario Lemieux, Guy Lafleur, Geraldine Heaney and Angela James.
In addition, Mike Modano, Borje Salming and Tiger Williams are also signing.
The show will take place Nov. 8-10 at the Toronto International Centre in Mississauga.
Heaney will sign Friday. Heaney was the third woman to ever be elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame when she received the honor this year. She is considered one of the best female ice hockey players in the world, and won Olympic gold in 2002 in Salt Lake City.
Hull is also signing Friday and his autographs start at $45.
Lemieux will sign on Saturday. It will cost at least $180 to get an item signed with premium items costing $300. Fans can also take pictures with Super Mario for $80.
The Lafleur will sign on Sunday starting at 2 p.m. All autographs will cost just $20 for him.
