How much demand will there be for Prince George’s “rookie card”?

PrinceGeorge

By Chris Olds | Beckett Baseball Editor

It’s not a Prince Fielder, it’s not a George Brett, but it’s found in packs of 2013 Topps Update.

It’s a “rookie card” of Prince George of Cambridge, the latest addition to Britain’s royal family — and he’s in packs of baseball cards.

And, well, the asking price for the first one to hit eBay on the first official day of release for Update is, well, rather regal.

Will it sell? That remains to be seen. Oh, and let us know what you think of the card in the comments below.

With all the Anglophiles around the world, I expect the card to be super sought after! Witness the earlier William/Kate releases!

Colin, How can you begrudge this card? It’s just ‘fun’ (at most, and a laugh, at worst).

Please. Make it stop! Just put baseball cards in baseball products.

Don’t really care for the care but check out the Topps tatto that William got on his forearm. I guess he is a bigger fan than I would have guessed. LOL.
