2016 Panini USA Soccer Box Set Details
Key players on both the women’s and men’s teams are featured in the 2016 Panini USA Soccer box set. By definition, it’s a factory set. But it also includes some chase elements like autographs and memorabilia cards.
Base Set
2016 Panini USA Soccer kicks off with a 50-card base set. All are included in every factory set. A total of 24 players from each roster plus their respective coaches are included on the checklist. Images are all recent, reflecting the national teams’ switch to an updated logo and kits.
Base cards have Holographic parallels, which are inserted five per sealed set.
They may be numbered like inserts, but also included are a pair of checklists and a set of 16 First Caps cards. These highlight some of the newer players to put on the USA jersey.
Autographs and Memorabilia Cards
Each 2016 Panini USA Soccer box set has both an autograph and a memorabilia card. Basic autographs come with a similar design to the base set. Signature here are done with stickers. Clint Dempsey, Tim Howard and Hope Solo are among the names confirmed on the checklist.
Silhouettes are also randomly inserted. These have both an autograph (via sticker) and a bigger-than-average swatch from a piece of match-worn gear. Prime parallels have premium pieces of fabric.
Memorabilia cards are to the point. These basic relic cards also come with match-worn gear.
