Upper Deck’s first product for the 2014-15 season features a return of a former mainstay.

2014-15 MVP Hockey cards is a set that is intended for all. Hobby boxes will be affordable and feature retail packs for around $1.

Each hobby box will have eight cards per pack with 24 packs in every box.

The base set will consist of 300 cards, including 100 high-series short prints (one per pack). The base set parallel Colors & Contours Rainbow Foil Die-Cut will have nine tiers of scarcity (including three different die-cut designs).

Inserts feature Silver Script (one per pack) and Super Script (numbered to 25), as well as 2013-14 NHL 3-Star Weekly, 2013-14 NHL 3-Star Monthly and 2013-14 Rookie of the Month.

Each box will have a hit consisting of Super Script parallel, jersey card or signature. The autographs will be tough pulls falling at a rate of one in 132 packs for Pro Sign, and one in 2,612 packs for One-on-One Signatures.

Jersey cards will feature dual-sided double jerseys, and MVP Souvenirs.

In addition, collectors can find one Rookie Set Redemption (1:384) with four different packs broken up by division. Collectors receive nine division-themed Rookie Cards per redemption.

Hello Susan, I was wondering why there is very little info on the 1 of 1 Printing plate cards from the 2014-15 Upper Deck MVP. To be honest I am very surprised at the low prices they can be gotten for on ebay. Any thoughts on this that you could tell me. Thank you
