Update: Panini posts dealer list for Father’s Day promo

By Susan Lulgjuraj | Beckett Sports Card Monthly Editor

Panini America’s Father’s Day promotion is ready for the weekend. The promo packs include cards from all four major sports and will include previews of upcoming products and rare autograph and memorabilia cards.

Panini kicked off the Father’s Day off promo last year with rousing success. Collectors went to their local shops and picked up Panini products along with their promo packs.

Nearly 500 hobby shops are participating in the promotion across North America. Call your shop to see how these packs will be allocated. They may vary from store to store.

Check out the list of participating dealers in the United States here and Canada here and let us know what you get this weekend for Father’s Day.

In addition, for those who cannot get to the shop, Panini is giving away promo packs in its online shop while supplies last.

Here is the breakdown for the online component.

2013 USA Baseball Champions (2 Father’s Day packs for every box purchased)
2012-13 Marquee Basketball (3 Father’s Day packs for every box purchased)
2012-13 Panini Basketball (2 Father’s Day packs for every box purchased)
2012-13 Elite Basketball (3 Father’s Day packs for every box purchased)
2012 Prime Signatures Football (2 Father’s Day packs for every box purchased)
2012-13 Limited Hockey (2 Father’s Day packs for every box purchased)

This is ridiculous that Canada or not being part of the Father’s Day promotion, it’s crazy I spend thousands a dollars a week on panini product, and to be no Father’s Day promotion in Canada that real bad. It’s bad enough that panini didn’t even show up at the spring expo on Toronto wow.
