Dave McGuire In case anyone is wondering why there are only 19 cards for the 18U team…..Due to a ridiculous ruling of the Virginia State High School League, Andy McGuire (18U Team) is the only kid on the team whose card was not issued yet. VHSL is the only state governing body in the country that prohibits HS kids from having their cards sold, even by a not-for-profit like USA Baseball. His card can only be released after he graduates in June. They even had to go as far as air brushing him out of the the team picture.
