Panini America’s 2012-13 Limited Hockey is set to come out this winter.
The set is currently schedule for a December release and every card will be numbered to 299 or less, including the three hits in every box.
Collectors will find at least one autograph in every seven-card box, which could be from a rookie, legend or hockey star.
Limited’s base set will feature 150 cards with three subsets: 30-card Captain set, 20 cards of Retired Captains and 40 Phenom Rookie Cards.
Here is a look at some of the highlights from 2012-13 Limited Hockey.
– Net Crashers: These cards will be embedded with pieces of net used during the 2011-12 Molson NHL Canadian NHL All-Star Skills Competition.
– 1/1 hits: Look for Jumbo Shields and Manufacturer’s Marks, which feature brand logos.
– Die-cuts: Acetate continues to make its comeback with special die-cuts.
– Stanley Cup Signature and Trophy Winner Signature will have cards numbered to 99 or less.
