This year, I splurged for a supervip pass and went everyday determined to see it all...I still couldn't get to every booth. My favorite items? A book about John McGraw with an inscription inside that read "Who the **** is John McGraw? Mickey Mantle" and an autographed page of the champion Homestead Grays that included 4 Hall of Famers including an impossibly rare Josh Gibson AND even rarer Smokey Joe Williams! Best. Show. Ever. It was my first National and it is a huge place. I had a blast. Hopefully all collectors have at least one chance to visit it when it come around their neighborhood.
