Wow, I really like the look of this product. It doesn’t even look like a press pass product. The design is nice and clean, the autos are on card, and they look like cards that I would want to have in my collection. Big props to Press Pass for stepping their game up for this release, I’m really impressed.

Hello,

PressPass products in general always seem very unique and are very catchy. The FanFare cards look VERY good, and I give credit to the on card autographs and quality of the product. The QR code is cute, and is meant to get ahead of the market. Andrew Luck will be really good, yet he’ll need a couple of years to adapt. I honest believe Robert Griffin will be an automatic Michael Vick.

Nice product. I like that there is no non-auto base set as they tend to just be space wasters. The on-card autos on the foil look very nice.

Very nice, clean design. Not too cluttered or overdone. Also great use of foil, the autographs really pop off the cards. i would buy it.

This is, in my opinion, the best “looking” product Press Pass has ever released. The cards are absolutely beautiful. If I am to be picky, all they need is some jersey inserts in addition to the autographs. The SRP is not bad either. The glossy finish makes the cards look richer. This product may be their most successful product ever.

I always love press pass. Like to get what I consider true rookies of the players before they are associated with any team. This years cards really look great with that foil. I would love to have the Luck card in my collection. Only wish the Skins could have drafted him.

I like the look of the cards, but I hate to think that it’s just a reply to Leaf minus the top loaders. That being said, being able to pull a Luck auto is a solid option.

Fanfare in my opinion is a very clean and crisp product. I love the fact that all the autographs are on card and very clean. The odds seem really good for pulling a big name player, which is very good for getting your money back. Overall this

Looks like a very nice product! Gotta love the on card autos. Usually don’t like products that don’t have team logos etc. but they made up for it with the overall look of the cards!

Fanfare is a very clean and crisp product. The autographs are all an card which is a very big plus to an already awesome card design. I think your odds of pulling a big big name player are defintely in your favor, which really helps you earn your money back.In my opinion this is a great product especially if you are looking to find on card autographs of guys like Andrew Luck.

these cards have really mashed the original press pass autos and design, with new style foil technology. This is way above the leaf products, and i would give this an A, and im not a huge press pass fan before seeing this. very well done

The hobby would be much, much better if all the card companies committed to on-card autographs the way Press Pass does. There is just no comparison to their consistency. Plus the inscription and nickname variations made possible by signing on-card rather than a sticker are awesome!

Usually not my kind of product (well out of my price range I must say), but the foil board stock looks really nice. Sticker autos never really bother me, but all of them being on card is a cool little bonus. The QR codes are innovative and great for being on the packaging, but I fear the day they start showing up on the backs of cards themselves…

I have been a fan of the press pass product for some time now, but I feel like they really stepped it up with the fan fare series. With the foil look and the upright formation as opposed to the sideways of the regular press pass autos of 2012. Although I never have enough money to buy hobby boxes, I can usually save up to get a card here or there. With all that said, I am looking forward to getting my hands on some of this product.

Always love the on-card autos from Press Pass. That Luck is a beauty, and the rest are sharp-looking as well. Fanfare kind of looks like a cross between regular Press Pass and Leaf Metal, but thats ok. Would love one of those Wilsons too!

very nice looking cards. 5 auto’s per pack for 100 bucks, not bad at all. i agree the foil gives the auto’s a great detail to the cards. andrew luck auto would look great in my collection. hint hint. over all ive always liked press pass cards, and with on card auto’s instead of stickers, this product is gonna be great for auto collectors. id think the red auto’s would be a little more rare to get and that red ink shines on the foil back grounds. ill be waiting for my luck card. hint hint. as always, another fine editoin of box busters.

These cards look amazing! The foil really makes the player photos pop. The autographs clearly dull the shine enough to be subtly highlighted. And five guaranteed autographs from these future NFL stars for around $100 is a steal. I can’t wait till these come out. Who knows…maybe I’ll get “lucky” sometime soon!

Dan, Andrew ,
great break 5 auto’s is a FARE chance to get a hit to break even. You have to give Press Pass a lot of credit a hobby stable for years that always delivers the ON-CARD Auto’s. I do have 1 thing to coment on is the Player postion I wish they would do more to include that per card even on the auto’s. The foil board is nice touch and a good job of Branding here Fanfare is not just for racing anymore. Shame they aren’t producing Basketball anymore.Hope I get ‘LUCKY’ look forward to more breaks.

love the press pass fanfare cards. Think the on card autos look great on the foil cards. Especially the red ink ones. I’ve had a nasty run of bad LUCK on cards hits lately so I hope ya’ll can change it to good LUCK by telling me I won the andrew luck auto. I think it is awesome that it is a next level ink insert auto also. Thanks and congrats to whomever wins it. Even if it’s not me, lol.

these press pass cards are very nice but it seems like they are stealing leaf metals thunder, i am a fan of press pass and Andrew Luck but would be more apt to buy a pack like this at $80-$90 a pack rather than $100-$125 there is just way too many $8.00-$12.00 autos out there for me to justify $125 for 5 cards. i love the look of Lucks autograph so smooth SWEEEET.

Love the shine these cards have!!! Makes the autos glisten and stare at you like their from the Land Of OZ. Incredible. The Luck pull was amazing. This product seems to have what all of us collectors like and chase after, appeal, autographs and shiny things.

Press pass has held a nice niche in the hobby for quite some time.
Ever since most companies have gone the sticker route we were left with
Press pass as the way to go to get hard signed autos. Their red ink variation
is like the hidden short prints in Playoff Contenders, a nice bonus for those in
the know.

The cards look awesome and I’m sure Press Pass has made sure that the ink
won’t fade or smear, making them that much cooler.

The Andrew Luck auto shown is one of the better ones I’ve seen. He obviously
took his time with this one and its a step up from what I originally saw out
there. I’m hoping to have a little “luck” of my own and win this card.
(I’m sure you will hear a 100 variations of this pun, I apologize for adding to the pile.) :-)

Posted April 20, 2012 at 1:13 pm | Permalink

I see a lot of possitive comments here yet under the video on you-tube most people put dislike. I personally really like this product, these cards are very easy on the eyes, they are clean looking and presented very well. The one thing I like about Andrew Lucks autograph is he took the time to put down a very nice clean looking auto which seems to be rare in young players today. I probably won’t be able to buy a box of these cards for I have a small box budget, so I would really like this card.

The $100+ price tag per box (even with the 5 autos) makes me a little hesitant to invest, but seeing decent value in both boxes with actual name players that will make an impact at the next level raises the possibility that I’ll grab a box or two.

The cards, including the Luck, look really crisp with sharp signatures and no glaring imperfections that you get with other similar products. Really nice job by the people over at Press Pass.

I like the whole chrome like look of the cards and on card autos are always a plus to me. This is also the most fun time for me to invest because its fun collecting pre draft cards of the next stars in the NFL. The price seems fine to me for 5 autos in a great looking product. It’s a shame that Press Pass doesn’t have an NCAA license (or NFL). These cards look great. Their customer service is second to none. Put some college logos on those cards and they match up pretty good to anything UD has put out so far with their NCAA exclusive.

I love the look of the cards. I will say that I have always been more of a collegiate level collector, so PressPass was always my choice. I hope they are able to get their license back. That being said, they have done a very good job in selecting photographs of players where there isn’t that weird ‘blank’ space were logos should go. The chrome finish is done will and it looks like they knew to use a proper pen when signing (no bubbles in the signatures). I, myself, never cared for multiple copies of the same PressPass base cards – so this product seems like a winner. Nothing but hits – that is a winner. (Gig em!)

Killer cards! Press Pass shows that you don’t need the crazy gimmicks or any type of licensing to come out with stellar on card autos, low numbered parallels, and the coolest inscriptions and red ink autos out. Press Pass should be commended for the products they put out. Congrats!

He will need alot of LUCK to be half as good as Peyton Manning. But I still would not mind having his Auto RC, Thanks.

Great feature with the QR Code to get the Checklist! The cards are very shinney! :-)

They look good, always a fan of getting some early draft cards from Press Pass and these are bit higher end than the regular Press Pass Football, without all the inserts and base RCs.

Those cards are pretty impressive! I’ve never seen the fanfare line of cards before but I like what I see. As always, the on card autos are awesome. I really like the Luck card because the “Next Level Ink” below his autograph breaks up the card and you’re not left with a lot of empty space around the auto like with the other cards.

This product looks really nice, especially with its shine. I’ll probably grab a box.

These cards look so clean, much better than Leaf Metal. That Luck card is very fresh and I wouldn’t mind adding it to my personal collection. I’ll be putting in a pre-order very soon, I’ve just been waiting to see the product…Thanks Box Busters!

Im a huge fan a Press Pass products. There’s nothing like the on-card autographs. And I always tend to take my birthday money and spend it on a Press Pass product. They always seem to put out a quality product each and every year.

I really love the product. I thought it wouldnt be worth it but now i see its hidden value. I like the luck auto you pulled and would look good in my collection. I wanted to buy a luck auto but couldn’t afford it. I also think its cool that Beckett can make really good contests that you cant find anywhere else on the web. Thanks again to Beckett for putting this contest onto the internet.

The 2012 Press Pass FanFare is a great looking product. I’ve bought a couple retail packs for $20 that contain a single auto. Haven’t had enough luck to to pull a Luck. (Pun intended). You guys pulled a sweet Andrew Luck Next Level Ink Auto. Very nice! I plan on making a trip to the hobby shop next week and I might have to pick up a box of FanFare. Thanks for the video.
