So what is the point of buying a box of these cards if Welling and Kreuk don’t sign any of the cards? At $80+, you better get them to sign, otherwise people won’t shell out the dough for a box of these cards! You are much better off trying to buy boxes of previous seasons to at least have a chance of getting autographed cards of Welling and Kreuk! At $40-$60+ for boxes of previous seasons, you’ll better your chances of getting signed cards by these two stars!

I emailed Cryptozic about possibly having Welling & Kreuk sign some cards but they said that the choice was not theirs to make. They said the cast that is chosen for signing is determined by the CW Network and not them, which makes it even more puzzling that two of the main characters that carried the show in its earliest days were not picked.

there will be no clark or lana auto but they did get supergirl to sign and pa kent as well. Buffy wanted in the thousands for her auto so inkworks passed on her

You got it in one, Brian.
I have to wonder why so many sets keep missing out on the primary characters.
No “Buffy” for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and no “Lana” or “Clark” for Smallville.
Lots of big movies have the same thing. I mean, are they asking that much to sign?
Even at $100 per, just make them multi-case toppers and the boxes will move like crazy.
Or make them SP’d enough like the Johnny Depp card in Willy Wonka, or the Harrison Ford
card (a sticker no less) in the last Indiana Jones movie.

Sure, save the best for last if you must, but do get there.

Hopefully the folks over at Cryptozoic can get Tom Welling, Kristin Kreuk, Allison Mack, Michael Rosenbaum, and Erica Durance to sign some cards.

Of the five, only Rosenbaum (season 4), Durance (season 4), and Mack (season 1) have autos in previous releases. How can any complete series run not have autos of two of the main characters (Welling & Kreuk)?
