Box Busters & Ripping Retail, Non-Sports | 2012 Press Pass Essential Elvis, Elvis Presley, Mary Tyler Moore, press pass | Comments (71)
Join Beckett Media’s Chris Olds and Bryan Hornbeck as they rip into a pair of 2012 Press Pass Essential Elvis packs in this latest edition of Box Busters.
What will they find inside? How can you win a box? Watch and find out …
With my mother being a huge Elvis fan we had no choice but to like Elvis! I must admit though his songs are pretty darn good. My favorite song would probably have to be Hound Dog.
If I win that box, I won’t write upon on it “Return to Sender”. All joking aside my favorite work of Elvis has to be “Kid Galahad.” Wouldn’t mind having that guy’s life. Which brings up the question, will these cards hold their value when he re-surfaces.”Elvis Lives!”. Cool cards. Thanks guys.
Blue suede shoes
have to go with “a change of habit” with Mary Tyler More as his best movie. A little side note my ex’s aunt went on a date with him in the early 50′s during The Louisiana Hayride Show.
My father is a huge Elvis fan, and I put together all of the Press Pass sets with as many inserts/insert sets as I could find in a binder for him for Christmas. It was a huge hit!
I would have to say that my favorite song is Hound Dog.
Heartbreak Hotel!! Since my baby left me…………
My most memorable moment was when Elvis sang “If I can Dream” on the 68 Comeback Special…Love it.
I may be to young for the Elvis Presley Generation but I am quite fond of his work.
Favorite Song: Jailhouse Rock (Just to name one)
Also enjoyed seeing him mentioned in Forrest Gump.

“Blue Hawaii” for me! By far one of his greatest movies and soundtracks in my opinion. His 8th film produced in 1961. The only bummer that it’s a long musical that I remember watching with my grandmother. Oh, and Mr. George Klein was one of the King’s oldest and most trusted friends. They knew each other since the 8th grade and later became part of T.C.B. (taking-care-of-business) badge carrying members. He was also one of Elvis’s best men in his wedding. Great box busting!
It’s now or never
Suspicious Minds is my favorite Elvis tune. I also have a soft spot in my heart when I hear Eric Cartman singing In The Ghetto.
Little less conversation, a little more action. Nice break. Thanks for the contest.
A Little Less Conversation – JXL Remix — Made a great song even better
So many great songs but if I have to choose will be” Love Me Tender.”
Favorite Elvis Song: Love Me Tender. Great looking cards there!
How can you not like Heartbreak Hotel.. Easily one of my favorite songs ever.
“Suspicous Minds” (Though I do like Chris Isaak’s version and video better)
Hey Chris and Brian, Suspicious Minds is my favorite.
So many to choose from, but Hound Dog is probably my favorite.
Crying in the Chapel-awesome work by the King and his Men!
Fools Rush In !!!
Elvis has left the building!
Oops, I meant Elvis Presley – Can’t Help Falling In Love
Definetly, best song he ever sang was “In the Ghetto”
I remember seeing the Hawaiian Concert special on TV when I was about 7 or 8 years old and my grandparents were at my house and they thought he was terrible! Favorite song is Suspicious Minds.
My mom is was a HUGE Elvis fan, and Ive heard probably almost every Elvis song recorded and I have two favorites, Promised Land, and In the Ghetto.
If that box is delivered to my house, I won’ write upon it “Return to Sender”. My favorite Elvis work is the movie “Kid Galahad” Will these cards hold their value when the king re-surfaces. “Elvis Lives”! Cool cards. Thanks guys.

The First CD I ever bought was Elvis’s Greatest Hits. My favorite Elvis song is “Jailhouse Rock”.

Hound Dog was a classic. You can’t go wrong with it. With so many hits, what’s the price on these puppies? I see you guys break lots of packs/boxes out of my realm of affordability, and would assume this is one as well. The Mary Tyler Moore auto would be an incredible find, though!
1956, Love Me Tender, Twentieth Century Fox MOVIE
You Can’t Say No In Acapulco SONG

Suspicious Minds. Great looking cards!
In the Ghetto is my favorite song, firstname.lastname@example.org
I can remember mowing yards on the weekend and going to the local record store to Buy the Latest single or album. That is back when they were still vinyl. Actually met “The King” at the Fabulous Forum in Inglewood Ca. before a show there in 1970. I was a 16 year old kid who was dumb struck, but the Man was genuine and really nice. As for favorite song, so many, but I would have to go the Gospel route and pick “How Great thou Art”. If I win great, if not that is cool too. You guys are great, and your grading service is supreme.
My life is Elvis, I am an extremely obssesed with the king, and I continue to spread his music so that all generations can carry on his legend! One of My Favorite songs was, “Trouble”.
My favorite is Suspicious Minds, as I was born the day it premiered on the Billboard charts. That, or Little Sister–that song rocks.
