Orange County Sports Cards had a special guest in the shop this past week. Former NBA player Gary Payton – who does not look 43 years old – stopped by the store to hang out with fans and open a box of 2010-11 Panini National Treasures.
Orange County Sports Cards posted videos to its YouTube account, including Payton’s reaction to opening the $400-plus box of cards.
“I hope I get one of mine,” Payton said.
No luck, but he did a get a few nice cards – a redemption auto for Kobe Bryant – but the best part is his reaction to the top card in the mini box.
“We got sorry Chris Bosh,” he said with laughs and a few other words.
But watch the video yourself to get the full effect.
