nice job winning that beauty, olds! i'm not a big fan either, thanks to my #@&^* dad's insistance on instilling red sox fandom into me at an early age. thanks alot, pop. i think i was ohhh...just getting toward reaching puberty in 1986 when a certain play stunted the whole darn thing! well, i'll save that for my shrink(s).
i would have to concur and add that any true baseball fan with a pulse has got to feel something when he sees joltin' joes ginormous swing, or a close up of the mick's forearms when he's gripping that bat and about to unload on that baseball and give it the ride of it's life! or haw about stealing home right under yogi's nose! the storied history of the pinstrpes is something i love to eat up every chance i get! thank you mr. burns!
although, i could do without all the replays of the 1986 game 6 every sports channel insists on playing lately!
One question, though. did they use real ticket stubs and passes and relics? or did they just make nice repros? that would be a game changer for me shelling out the cash for one, or just borrowing one from one of my yankee fan friends (yes, it is possible). any info would be greatly appreciated, and keep up the great work, guys!

I am equally in agreement about not being a Yankee fan, in fact Derek Jeter is one of my least favorite players in baseball. However, I do recognize the overall allure of the Yankees, and further recognize that with a bankroll more than any other team, it is possible to have a continuous contender for the World Series.
