Cardboard Connection host Doug Cataldo gives us his take on the 2011 National and speaks to its ability to impact the industry and those who love the hobby.
Doug is right. The National is THE NATIONAL. It is the biggest and the best card show. Although the internet/ebay/auctions have somewhat reduced the significance of shows in general, The National remains “The Center Piece” of the hobby. There is still the calling of this gathering to the collector. A place where you can see, touch and inspect that desired addition to your collection before you buy it.
