this card for some reason has always been my pinnicale. I will probaly never be able to attain this card. I became addicted to pain medication a few years back due to a car wreck and a broken heart. I haven't collected baseball cards since I was 15yrs old. But seeing this mickey mantle card has brought back my passion for a sober life. Its silly to say but seeeing this card again made me realize that my dream of owning a 1952 Mickey Mantle. It has given me the first goal I have set for myself in many years. Now that I have set tje goal of abtaining this card it has put many other goals in my life to prespective. I hope that one day I will acheive all my goals in life. But I think the goal I have set for myself to own a 1952 Mickey Mantle Topps card will only come to life after achieving the most important goal of all to me, living a happy and healthy life I can once again be proud of. This card has put my life in perspective. Its crazy to think that a baseball card has given me passion for life. I have looked everywhere the past few years for a reason to be happy again and seeing this card on the internet has given me a new purpose. One of which I can only acheive by setting more important goals to accomplish in life. Then my dream can become reality!!!! Sounds silly, huh, but I got to start somewhere and the 1952 mickey mantle topps #311 is it.
