Panini America officials on Wednesday afternoon provided preliminary details on the most expensive sports card product in the company’s brief hoops history: 2009-10 National Treasures Basketball.

Following in the super-premium footsteps of its football predecessor, National Treasures Basketball will deliver six autograph or memorabilia cards, one base card numbered to 99 and one Legend, Rookie or parallel/insert card per eight-card pack. The suggested SRP of that pack? $400
National Treasures releases in early August and will include prime-material, on-card autograph Rookie Cards of such superstars as Tyreke Evans, Stephen Curry and Brandon Jennings, in addition to on-card Kobe Bryant autographs, NBA Logoman Combos, and Signature Trio and Quad autograph cards.
