Donruss Delivers Thanksgiving Game Cards
Donruss will produce Thanksgiving Game cards for both NFL games and distribute more than 120,000 sets tomorrow in Dallas and Philadelphia.
Dallas Cowboys packs will include a card promoting the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle fund-raiser, which kicks off during halftime. It shows Dallas RB Marion Barber sporting a red Salvation Army apron while serving food to the needy. Previous Cowboys to don the apron on Donruss cards include DeMarcus Ware and Roy Williams. Other players in this year’s set include Tony Romo, Terrell Owens, Felix Jones, and Hall of Fame DE Randy White.

The Philadelphia set includes Donovan McNabb, Brian Westbrook, Brian Dawkins and former Eagles QB Randall Cunningham. The pack also includes an Eagles Kids Club card featuring the team’s mascot, Swoop. The Dawkins card highlights the team’s charitable entity, the Youth Partnership.
The Eagles set also includes a Pop Warner information card as Donruss is the exclusive trading card company of the organization and the Eagles were named the Pop Warner NFL Team of the Year for 2008.
Both sets will also contain one card featuring a NFL Network host. Appearing on cards are Rich Eisen and former NFL players Deion Sanders, Warren Sapp, Rod Woodson, Terrell Davis and Marshall Faulk as well as former San Francisco 49ers coach Steve Mariucci.
Dallas hosts the Seattle Seahawks at 4:15p.m. and Philadelphia hosts the Arizona Cardinals at 8:15 p.m. (All times Eastern.)
