Set Information

The cards in this 14-card set were in color and are standard size. The set was produced during the 1980-81 season by All-Star Cards Ltd. for the Los Angeles Kings at the request of owner Jerry Buss. Reportedly 5000 sets were produced, virtually all of which were given away at the Kings' "Card Night." The fronts featured color "mug shots" of the players; the backs provided career highlights and brief biographical information.
