First; I am glad to report Santa is off to a safe start on his summer vacation, FLIGHT # ( DC# ) 0307 0020 0003 3184 6159. Second; I have to tell you all about my FIRST online tournament win on Xbox360 WSOP ( World Series of Poker ). 7 people at the table, starting with $22,500, SB $500, BB $1000. Hand 1: I get 8H, 2C - FOLD Hand 2: I get 8D, 2H - FOLD Hand 3: I am Big Blind and get 8S, 2S. next player ( 4 ) FOLDS, next ( 5 ) CALLS, next ( 6 ) RAISE $1,000, next ( 7 ) FOLDS, next ( Dealer 1 ) RAISE $2,000, next ( SB 2 ) FOLDS. I tell everyone I have had the same hole cards for 3 straight hands and have had enough. I am already in for the Big Blind, and people want to raise so Put-Up or Shut-Up ALL IN! # 5, 6, & 1 decide to ride with me. #5 has A Q off suite #6 has Pair of Jacks #1 is blowing off steam with a pair of ACES! Doesn't look good for the home team on this one. FLOP - KS, 10S, 3S . . . You got it I flopped a K high spade flush! NO HELP on the turn, or river, for the other people. Took 3 out with one stroke! It just got better as the night went on. |
