have you tried doing your autions through Auctiva? I just started doing it and I like the giant pics it gives the buyers to look at. Helped a few sales already for me. I just sold a Ronnie Lott NT auto patch 42/42 for $80 BIN and didn't think anyone would hit the BIN.

its a free auction host that host pics for free as well. You do the same that you would set up wise in the title>description>pic>price>shipping layouts as you would in ebay.
