BGS Population Report, Customer Service and Contact Numbers
I submit quite a bit of grading every month, the grading in my opinion is unrivaled by the other companies, however the Customer Service is pitiful in all regards.

For at least one month I have had issues with BGS Population Reports that have not been entered at all on at least three different orders and over 100 card submissions.  I have repeatedly emailed Customer Service, Joe Clemons etc., with no response other than we are working on it.  As far as I am concerned, if BGS Population Report it is completely junk.  When I received my order (2nd day Fedex) I expect the cards to already be in the Population Report, if they are not the the POP Report is complete garbage and should be done away.  Not exactly sure how long this has been going on, but it has been going on for at least a month and I am sure thousands of cards are not in the system.

By my estimation the Pop. Report has been out of commission since September 19th. There was once been now and then that it Updated correctly, well sort of. I say this because some cards that were previously on the Report fell off.

Just my take.

Here's an UPDATE concerning the Pop. Report:
They said that they're aware of the problem and they're doing their best to fix it.

Any update on this?  Before I found this thread, I sent an email and have got no response in over a week.  I too, have cards that are not even listed on the pop report and they would be pop 1's.

I have also been trying to figure out why my cards have not been reflected in the population reports. I received my first BGS submission in late December and was expecting to see the cards in there the same day I received the graded serial number. I assumed this information was updated automatically when the cards are logged into their system. I was going to e-mail someone in customer service to try and get some kind of explanation but after reading this post I won't even bother. With this being my very first submission this news is disappointing. If they are having issues with it I hope they get it resolved soon. The population reports are a valuable tool for collectors but without accurate up to date information this feature becomes useless.
