Mariners -- Trade Raul Ibanez for a pitching prospect. Trade Erik Bedard back to the Orioles for Adam Jones and/or Chris Tillman. Trade/cut Jose Vidro. Trade Jarrod Washburn for a 3b prospect.

Astros -- sign Freddie Garcia to a 3 year deal. Trade ANY pitcher but Oswalt for prospects. Trade Miguel Tejada for a decent middle of the rotation pitcher.

I wish the Rays would get a veteran top three starter. Bedard, Burnett (hoping he would opt out after this year), maybe even Maddux just because he has been on so many winning clubs.

Tigers - Trade Fernando Rodney for anything. Maybe a bucket of sunflower seeds or something. You'd get more productive use out of those.

yanks, lefty RP, as long as it doesn't cost much, I am hearing they want fuentes, but the Rox want Melancon or IPK, which is too much. If they can't get aLHRP for a low leverl prospect do nothing, this is a quiet (non-public) rebuilding year to get the big contracts off the books, and get Tex and CC in the offseason, and to start brining up some more prospects like Melancon, McCutchen, Robertson, Gardner, and have a chance to evaluate them at the show, to have a better idea of how to right this ship.

Jays- Need some offensive help big time. Some prospects would help too because we don't have much minor league depth (especially pitching). We need a major upgrade at 1st base, lyle overbay isn't cutting it. The Eckstein signing really didn't pan out and he needs to be moved as we have 3 shortstops right now. If we could get a decent bat and maybe some prospects for Burnett it would make a huge difference. It's too late to save the season at this point though. Riccardi needs to go, I really don't agree with some of the moves he's made ( a lot actually).
