Well folks, here's the story. After Urlacher went out for the season and I can't seem to find any more of his rookies that I don't have, I decided to start a new collection. Being a bears fan, I was looking at the team and decided to go with Earl Bennett. I thought he would have a breakout year and the fact that he's only 22 made it an easy decision. Below are pictures of my collection as it stands now. I will update as I get new ones in. My questions are these. #1 what do you think of my collection? #2 what do you think of Bennett as a player and as a future prospect? #3 who do you think is going to be a good future prospect and show your collection (if started). Well here goes.

From a fellow Bears fan, very nice collection.
But my money will be on Johnny Knox having a better year and future.

yeah knox is good. thought about picking up a few of his also. bennett impresses me because he has caught everything thrown his way. he's not dropped a ball and has some very difficult catches. if they looked at him more, his stats would show that. i think they'll figure that out soon enough. my big concern so far is matt forte. wow where's he at this season?

Sweet collection!!! I'm blown away by those Threads... they look so nice together! I think Bennett is going to have a solid career because he's playing with Cutler. Everyone knows about their college connection, and I've been really impressed with his hands and toughness so far. Still waiting for that 1st TD though... If you think about it, he didn't get a chance to play his rookie season, and he's off to a respectable start considering he's only played in a handful of games, and he's only gonna get better. I'm working on a Bennett collection of my own, so I imagine we'll be outbidding each other for years to come! Can you imagine how much money we're going to cost each other? LOL! Are you collecting base, jersey, and memorabilia cards or just autos? Do you have any extras that you want to trade? Just collecting auto's right now. I figure i'll be able to get the others later. Cutlett, very nice cards. Thanks on the threads letters. That was my first goal. It's amazing how many auto's are for sale and rare. My concern is that I keep reading about fakes. I'm not sure how to distinguish between them. Any thoughts. I wish that those folks would get busted down because it's not right to charge people for cooked up cards but what are you gonna do. I guess the crooks try to ruin everything and card collecting is just another outlet for them.

Hey, thats a pretty sweet collection! I can see you put alot of time & money into it. As far as the player, being a Packers fan, i dont really have anything nice to say about da bears..... jk . I thinks he's a good player, and with Cutler as his QB, I think he has a bright future. And for as for your 3rd question, my future stud to collect, is Owen Daniels, TE for the Texans. I am a Wisconsin Badgers fan & followed him closely thru college & now into the pro's. He is turning into one of the top TE's in the leage, IMO. I have a nice little collection started of him, and a bunch coming in the mail. Once i get them in and get a decent batch to post, il start a thread on it. But in the mean time, thanks for share'n your collection. Very sweet!
