I know Jr is popular, but he isn't nearly as good as JJ statistically speaking!   Is pricing based on popularity?!?  Also how can 2008 Eclipse Dale Jr/Gordon/Johnson/Mears Auto /25 be worth $800 and the 2008 Premium Dale Jr/Gordon/Johnson/Mears Baseball Auto /24 is $500!

supply versus demand. Stats aside Dale jr is the most popular driver in nascar. His collectors are rabid about getting everything made. Thus running up the price.

the ball is less because most racing collectors tend not to care two cents about baseball. Even the ones that like baseball do not neccessarily want a autographed baseball that has nothing to do with racing. The baseball is an odd collectible and cant be stored in thepages next to the rest of the auto collection.

These balls were a great idea imho but didnt receive a lot of love from the the coillectors in general

Which still baffles me then is how can the high end product as Showcase is to have their quad auto based at $400? I know the print run is #'d to 45, but Mark Martin is a much more valued driver than Mears and has higher collectabilty status. One would think the prices would be much more comparable since Martin is on top and is a true icon in Nascar. But I guess it doesn't matter too much, because the quad auto I pulled is mine forever, regardless of the price, unless it goes for $1,000,000. lolololol
