Do expired code cards such as last year's "Million Dollar Giveaway" cards still have a collector market to justify their Beckett Value?

It won't be in the database Scans would help

Hi
This is my first post to this site, hopefully I'm correct. I have a two baseball cards that I think should be identical but they are not. The cards are 1990 CMC # 347 Rob Ducey. I have also seen this card listed as CMC # 21 Rob Ducey. What is confusing is the back of the two cards. One card has a thumbprint of Ducey's front pic and the stats are printed on a fellow background. The other card has a thumbprint pic of the Syracuse Chiefs and the stats are on a green background. The number # 21 is on a white background. I'm wondering if the card with the Chiefs pic is a fake or are the cards from a different printing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
