RE: Beckett Baseball: Ask the editor
Hi Chris,
I'm an old time collector from the middle/late 80's. Back in about 85-89 (I think), there was an article in Beckett Baseball Monthly titled "Winter Collecting Blues". Do you or can you find out which issue that was in? Thanks in advance. |

Its pretty rediculas if you look at the baseball trading board over half the post day in and day out are nothing but individuals posting things for sale. Ive been on this site for over a year now and i know the topic has come up before. The site really need this. I feel this is taking from the individuals that only want to trade. That would be a question for one of the other board-tech-FAQ threads. Last I heard, there are collector-to-collector sales features coming at some point (04-11-2012 03:40 PM)midschool22 Wrote: Hi Chris, Sorry, our back issues are not digitized so I can't find it for you. RE: Beckett Baseball: Ask the editor
I'm curious to know what happens to the cards made specifically for the Topps giveaways that are never claimed. Assuming the redemption is past due, would they move into the Topps Vault domain? I ask because the 2011 Topps Authentic Diamond Kyle Drabek has not been redeemed as far as I know, and am wondering if I may ever get the chance to own it.

If you're a Yankees fan, you might enjoy it. There will be lesser names and there will be big names -- just like in packs of cards. In this case, though, there is only one ball per pack.
